Once the traveler’s deposit has been paid, a Donation link will appear on the dashboard below the traveler information. The agency charges a 4% fee to collect this donation (e.g. a $25 donation will add a $1.00 processing fee). The video linked here explains the donation feature in detail.
Some alternate ideas for individual fundraising are to create a dedicated savings accounts or mobile deposit links for your student.

If FANS travelers registered as a family, you will travel together as a family. Younger siblings will travel with a parent.
If you reserved a room, it will be for your family only and will not be shared with anyone outside your family. -
This post will be edited when the travel agency is NOT taking reservations. Space is still available.
Interested travelers would need to make the account current on past Feb and April installment payments. Future installment payments are due Aug 25, Sept 25 and Oct 25.

Ticket Only Package-includes admissions to Universal Hollywood (1-day park ticket), Float Barn Viewing, Bandfest on Timber Creek HS Band’s performance day, and reserved grandstand seat for the Tournament of Roses ParadeIndividuals in this package will receive tickets prior to departure (enter the correct mailing address during registration*)
Transportation, accommodations, meals, and any parking fees are not included. NOTE: Parade step-off on January 1 is 08:00. Due to road closures, advise arriving 90 min to walk to grandstand seating Area 1 - 450 West Colorado.

Timber Creek Band is scheduled to perform on Dec 30. The time will be determined by the TOR Committee.
The venue is Robinson Stadium at Pasadena City College. This event WILL SELL out!

Three Bandfest events will take place over two days at Robinson Stadium, Pasadena City College (1570 E. Colorado Boulevard). Additional information is found on the TOR events website. -
Bob Roberts Travel has secured seats at 450 W. Colorado.
For those interested in buying seats directly to see the parade use the link below.NOTE: The parade is 5 miles long!! The students would love to see their family and fans throughout the whole route.

The district mandates we have 1 chaperone for 10 students. For 318 students, we need 32 paying chaperones.
Important note: Chaperoning trips is a 100% on duty job, from the moment we show up to school on December 28th to when all students are picked up from the airport on January 2nd. This is not a trip where a parent should be chaperoning for the first time.
The booster presidents, our volunteer coordinators, and band directors will review the interest forms and select the most qualified adults for the job.

The trailers, Falcon One and Falcon Two will transport students instruments and luggage from school to Pasadena. Additional information will be released at the appropriate time.

Students will room with other students. Four people per hotel room.

We will be able to watch our kids perform at Bandfest on December 30th and will be able to spend time with our students at Universal Hollywood.
We know how special this trip is and completely understand wanting extra time with your student. That said, this is first and foremost a band trip, and students are expected to stay focused and travel with their group. Keeping everyone together helps us stay organized, on time, and most importantly, safe. It also gives the kids a chance to build independence and confidence along the way.
As much as we’d all love to experience every moment right alongside them, from a logistics standpoint that just won’t be possible. HOWEVER—what we can do is make memories together as Falcon Band Family and cheer loudly for ALL the kids from the sidelines!
