Parent Mentor Network

The Timber Creek Band program is very fortunate to have a group of parents who are willing to offer their time to help mentor parents new to the band program. Mentors are the FIRST POINT OF CONTACT for that arise during marching season. If you have a question that a mentor can’t answer, they will direct you to a BPA Board Member. Board members are found wearing a name tag at all public events.

  • Find the mentor from the section listed.

    Open the BAND app Home Screen, 1) select the CHAT icon (bottom navigation), 2)open the Band for your family section, TC Band - {Section} Families, 3) select the Members icon 4) search for the name of your parent mentor, 5) select the chat icon to create conversation.

  • New families are added to the BAND app at Falcon Kick Off or registration. There is a BAND app specifically for parents and students have a separate app to communicate with the directors and their section.

How do I contact a mentor?? In the BAND app go to the group TC Band - {section} Families,
use the chatroom feature to send a private chatroom message to the name of the mentor for your section as listed below.
