CBS 11: Directors, Drum Majors and Drumline Celebrate Rose Parade

Timber Creek Falcon Band director Brad McCann and 2027 Tournament of Roses President Terry Madigan joined CBS 11 DFW in studio to talk about the band's selection for the 138th Rose Parade on January 1. It's the first time the program has ever applied for the parade — The band will serve as the only band representing the State of Texas at the parade. Senior drum majors Katherine and Eddie shared what the moment meant to them, and the segment closed with a live performance from the Falcon Drumline. The celebration continues Saturday 8/23/26 at 8pm at Keller ISD Stadium.

The Timber Creek Falcon Band from Keller, Texas has been officially selected to perform at the 138th Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena on January 1, 2027. This marks a historic achievement for the program, securing a spot the very first time they applied since the school opened in 2009.
