Jenna McCall

Jenna McCall is a clarinetist and educator in the North Texas area. She is currently a candidate for the  Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the University of North Texas. In addition, she holds a Master of Music from the University of North Texas and Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Georgia.

Mrs. McCall has been teaching clarinet in the DFW area since 2013. She was also a general music teacher in Ennis ISD for two years prior to beginning the DMA program. Also, she was a Woodwind Methods Teaching Fellow at UNT, where she taught music education students how to play and teach woodwind instruments.

As a performer, Mrs. McCall has been invited to present at the International Clarinet Association’s ClarinetFest Conference, National Association of Wind and Percussion Instructors National Conference, and the College Music Society Southern Chapter Regional Conference. She has also performed with the North Texas Wind Symphony and was clarinet section leader for the 2019-2020 school year.

When not playing clarinet, Mrs. McCall enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family. She currently lives in Fort Worth with her husband, Wesley, who is an Assistant Band Director at Castleberry High School. They have four fabulous felines: Rhapsody, Kyrie, Libby, and Artie.
